Well just got done my workout and it was ARMS AGAIN. My knee is still hurting from 2 days ago so I still can't do legs so......Arms it was.
Arms are used to constant load from using them every day at my garage so they have always been a strong body part for me.
Added new exercises and hit some new PR's in some.
