I do PL meets too. I lift multiply now and am masters as well. I love the sport. I'm curious about how old you are and if you plan to compete geared or ***. edit - they censor "r a w", lol.

I am 45 years old. Before I had a total of 1405. Back in 2015. Not huge, but good for me. That was a r@w total. I plan on lifting without gear at least at first. I have a couple nice bench shirts, squat suits, and deadlift suit though.

I am also this week going to figure out a true bodybuilding style eating plan and start meal prepping every week. I want to be strong, but I also dream of fully visible abs and that entire look.

Gallbladder surgery was way easier than hernia surgery. I’m going back to work on Thursday. I went with my wife to the gym. She did her full workout, I messed with arms lightly. I’m supposed to be on 10lbs lifting restrictions, but I’m not very good at directions… lol

today I started the bicep protocol listed elsewhere on here. It was nerve wracking to inject my biceps, but didn’t hurt or anything. My biceps did get real tight and pumped during the workout.

My wife weighed 155 today. I’m a little up at 219 today. But I seem to be retaining water a bit more last couple days. I don’t know if any of the new peptides have anything to do with that. I am getting great pump in my biceps. They get sore enough it is hard to drive home, but the next day I am not sore again.

The Dr took me off weight restriction today, but told me to ease into things. They also upped the dose of the med I am on for water weight from 12.5 to 25 as my ankles are still a bit swelled.
