So 405 came right up. I got 415 about 2 inches from lockout when I lost my grip in my right hand and dropped it. At least I am back to my pre surgery weight on deadlifts.

I felt and heard a tear in my shoulder as it was coming up. The spotter heard my shoulder too. He freaked out and didn’t grab it. I brought it down on my chest and it pissed me off so bad I twisted my body and threw the entire bar with the weight on the floor. Fuck.

Also, my damn shoulder is real fucked up, I can’t move my arm correctly. I am seeing an orthopedic tomorrow. There is no lump like a disconnected muscle or anything, but something happened. I can’t see bruising as I am sleeved with tattoos, but it is not right.

today was off 3 blocks. Last time we did block pulls it was off 4 blocks so it was closer to the floor each block is maybe 1.5 inches. So about 4.5-5 inches off the floor. My girl had never held 255 before and it went up good. I just pulled along with her and jumped up a couple sets at the end, I don’t want to be too hard on this shoulder. I weighed 209 even today.
