my left pec is real bruised up between my armpit and pec, I think I tore something a bit. It doesn’t hurt, but this sucks. I always get hurt. It should be fine, I may have to lay off bench a bit.

I don’t know why I missed this thread but great stuff brother (outside of the knee/pec). Wish I could get my wife to train lol

My pec looks totally wrecked, bruised and black all around my nipple. But there is no pain. My wife was benching so I just moved a little weight to see what it felt like. It feels fine.

I felt weak today, was in the emergency room over the weekend with acute pancreatitis. I’ve had it before. They are trying to figure out what is wrong with me, I have ulcerative colitis as well, might be connected, but I couldn’t eat all weekend. Was able to eat today.

I weighed 247 today, my weight is really fluctuating. I did start cabergoline today as I believe my prolactin is messed up. I will start at .25 twice a week and go from there.

I am holding so much water my ankles are thick. I weighed 249 today.

If anyone has any ideas regarding the water weight let me know. I am on a cycle of test, mast, and npp. I also use creatine 5 gr a day. I am not taking any ai right now as my nipples are not sore at all. They always get sore when my estrodial is high. I have never used npp before though. I did just start some caber as I am having a bit of a dick issue and figured my prolactin may be high. I have only taken .25 of it once and was gonna take that amount twice a week. Any other ideas welcome.
