I’m back after a long absence

I was a competitive powerlifter back 5-6 years ago. I wasn’t the biggest, but I had pr’s of 335x2 bench, 560 conventional deadlift, and 510 squat all *** at a weight of 212 lifting in the 220 class. I took first at a state apf meet. I tore a tendon in my arm, and had another baby with my wife, and life got busy and I quit going to the gym. Well back in December I went back to the gym. I am working out with my wife now. She had never worked out before. Since December I have gotten my bench back to 265, I’ve done a 405 deadlift, and 315 squat for reps. I am fully planning on working back up to my old numbers and bigger. I figured I would log some stuff here. I’ve been on trt for years, but am now starting week 4 of 400mg test c 500mg npp and 400mg mast a week. It is pretty crazy, I also loaded creatine and am taking 5gr a day. I weighed 222 a month ago and weigh 242 today. I am getting bigger arms and traps than I have ever had. I will post some workout here if anyone is interested. I will also list when my wife has big events in the gym.

I just got my account back as I am Bigguy555 from way back. I had only started the muscleengineer account to get back on here, and the admins just got ahold of me to get my old account back. I went into the dr today regarding my knee. It is still quite swelled up and warm. They put me on antibiotics. Tomorrow I meet with ortho for them to decide whether to drain it, or what they want to do. Still gonna go to the gym tonight to encourage my wife’s deadlifts, and maybe do some curls and such.

I weigh 245 today. I weigh everyday right after workout, but before my shake just to be consistent for weight everyday. My knee is really swelled up, I hope they have some answers tomorrow. It sucks.

The Dr wants me to finish the antibiotics, so I will do that. He said it doesn’t seem infected, just to be safe. He said I have edema above my knee. They took ultrasound to make sure there is no blood clots. So it will just take some time to clear up. I’ll keep working on my upper body till my knee is better.

I weighed 247.8 today. I have to be holding water weight, I feel fat. But I feel stronger. My leg feels like shit. I may take a couple days off to just elevate it. I have it wrapped right now to try to take some swelling down. On a lighter note if you have read any of my other posts, my wife is asking me to order her a new magic wand to replace the one that was stolen… lol.

I weighed 250 today. This weight is a bit ridiculous. I am not eating too crazy, maybe 150 grams of protein a day. I don’t have sore nipples which is my normal sign of estrogenic sides. My leg hurt a bit less today. I hope to be able to do leg work within a week or so.

yes, someone went in our house and stole our delta8 vapes, her expensive perfumes, and her magic wand vibrator. It was the dumbest thief ever, they left my Rolex on the shelf right by the perfume. I picked her up a new one today though.. lol.
