I’m back after a long absence

No workout today. I had my new grandson over and we played with him all evening after work. Back to the gym tomorrow.

I weighed 247 today. I think my weight was up a bit for a few days because my leg was so swelled up. The swelling is quite down. My knee is almost normal size again and I only feel a little pressure above the knee cap. We went swimming with our daughter afterwards.

Just say no to quad injections

yet another one …
I am scared to inject there again… lol. I am only doing injections every 4th day, so my glutes and delts are enough for now. That npp I am using is dosed so high that the entire bottle basically becomes just crystals between every dose. I have to heat it everytime. It is very good though, this is the best results I have had since the first time I ever ran anything. I feel amazing in the gym.

I think I may have separated my shoulder a bit fucking around, but oh well, I get hurt all the time. Today we deadlifted, but my shoulder hurt so I just did the movements with my wife and son so she could get her pr.

I weighed 244 today.

I am on my second shot of week 6 out of the plan of 16 weeks of my cycle. I am really hoping to hit a 315 bench before this is done. I’ll get it. When I get back to 3 plates again I will feel a bit better about being back… lol

Damn that bench came back up fairly quickly
I got a ways to go, but it is coming back real fast. Back when I competed I could bench 335 x 2 just with wrist wraps. I hit 405lbs with my bench shirt on. My deadlift best was 560 and I once repped 405 x 16. My squat back then was 510. I weighed about 212 back then. I lifted in the 220 class mostly, sometimes when heavier I lifted in the 242lbs class.

damn. 405 x 16 would put your max at the time around 600ish.

It was a deadlifts for reps contest at the end of a powerlifting meet. So I had already competed and was tired. But it was fun. I got second place, but the winner was a 24 year old beast who pulled like 33 reps. I was about 39 at the time.
