Giant Sets:
Rope Tri Pressdowns-- 5 sets of 20
Bent Over Tri Rope Ext-- 5 sets of 15
Preacher Curls-- 5 sets of 20
Cable Curls-- 5 sets of 12
Super Sets:
Close Grip Bench-- 4 sets of 20
Dumb Hammer Curls-- 4 sets of 10 each arm.
Crunches-- 5 sets of 50
Decline Bench Sit Ups-- 5 sets of 20
Was gonna stop but had to pump out a couple more.
Super Sets:
Reverse Tri Ext-- 3 sets of 20
Seated Row Rope Curls-- 3 sets of 15
