I really am a F*CKIN MACHINE!!! I may be going thru a REVERSE MID LIFE CRISIS!!! IM JUST GETTING YOUNGER!!

Just finished another KILLER ARMS & ABS WORKOUT!!!

Arms And Abs

Giant Sets:
Rope Tri Pressdowns-- 5 sets of 20
Bent Over Tri Rope Ext-- 5 sets of 15
Preacher Curls-- 5 sets of 20
Cable Curls-- 5 sets of 12

Super Sets:
Close Grip Bench-- 4 sets of 20
Dumb Hammer Curls-- 4 sets of 10 each arm.

Crunches-- 5 sets of 50
Decline Bench Sit Ups-- 5 sets of 20

Was gonna stop but had to pump out a couple more.

Super Sets:
Reverse Tri Ext-- 3 sets of 20
Seated Row Rope Curls-- 3 sets of 15

Well tonight was my day off but to hell if I couldnt run to the Iron!! Killed shoulders tonight.

Super Sets:
Seated Shoulder Presses-- 5 sets of 15
Dumb Front Raises-- 5 sets of 15

Tri Sets:
Upright Rows-- 4 sets of 20
Rear Delt Flyes-- 4 sets of 20
Behind the Back Rows-- 4 sets of 20

Cable Shrugs-- 2 sets of 40

Morning fellow Iron Warriors.I had to take yesterday off from work and the Iron due to this fuxkin head cold and it sucks!!! Im itchin to hit it again.

Im feeling a little better today so gonna rest again but hopefully sneak in a light workout tonight.

Thats it today.Still not 100% over my headcold so im glad to hit it this hard.

Ok so im home but im having trouble.I feel like working out but I dont what bodypart since IVE BEEN WORKING OUT EVERYDAY!!! IM RUNNING OUT OF BODYPARTS IN THE ROTATION!!! BWAHAHAHAHA.

May just do a little of everything just to cap off the week right!!

Well its a rainy day here so no outdoor activities but I promised the wife to take the day off from training and spend some time with her.So at the least we are off to shopping at the mall and food shopping for some meal prep for the week.

But Im gonna sneak in some training later when my hubby time is done.LMAO

Leg for me again today.Hit them yesterday in full body workout but I was off from work today so I said WTH. Man they are rubber now.LMFAO.

Ok, I officially broke my IRON MARATHON and took the night off from the gym to watch tv with my Wife.
