Just got done a KILLER ARM WORKOUT!!!

All Super sets:
Bent Over Tri Cable Ext-- 4 sets of 20
Cable Curls-- 4 sets of 15

Reverse Grip Tri Press downs-- 4 sets of 15
Preacher Curls-- 4 sets of 15

Lying Tri Cable Ext-- 4 sets of 20
Cable Superman Curls-- 4 sets of 20

Bench Tri Dips-- 4 sets of 30
Hammer Curls-- 4 sets of 12 each arm

Felt a little tired today so leg workout was short but still intense.

Squats-- 4 sets of 10
Leg Ext-- 4 sets of 10
Stiff Leg Deads-- 4 sets of 10
Leg Curls-- 2 sets of 20

Good morning.Had legs and shoulders planned yesterday but a budy called me for help cutting down and hauling away a tree he had in his back yard.So instead I got a FULL BODY WORKOUT.LOL.

May attempt the Iron tonight if im not dead sore from last night.Lol

Workout went great.Went a little heavier tonight so dropped the reps a little on some exercises.

Chest & Shoulders

All Super Sets:
Flat Bench Press-- 4 sets of 12
Wide Grip Push Ups- 4 sets of 20

Incline Dumb Flyes-- 4 sets of 15
Incline Dumb Press-- 4 sets of 12

Upright Rows-- 4 sets of 20
Behind Back Uprights-- 4 sets of 20
Cable Side Laterals-- 2 sets of 20
Incline Rear Delt Flyes-- 2 sets of 15

Supposed to hit Abs, Forearms and Calves but once I got to my gym, I changed to Back, and Abs.Forearms were worked with back anyway.Lol

Seated Rows-- 4 sets of 20
Lat Pull Downs-- 4 sets of 15
Bent Over Rows-- 4 sets of 12
Pull Ups-- 4 sets of 10

Crunches-- 4 sets of 50
Decline Bench Sit Ups-- 4 sets of 40
Leg Raises-- 4 sets of 30

Getting more and more pumped to up my ab workouts now.
Havent cared about trying to get a 6 pac in many yrs cause I love food too much but been getting tighter lately and getting inspired to see how far I can go again at my age.

We'll see.Lol

Are those top sets? Total sets, including warmup? And if not top sets, are the weights decreasing, increasing, or adjusted to how you feel that day set by set? Just curious brother, keep crushing it.
Use yesterday's back day for example.... seated rows - 4 sets of 20.

Thanks for checking out my thread and for the supportive words brother.
They are total work sets.Warm up for me is usually calisthenics like high knees, jumping jacks, etc.

I dont follow any particular regimen or routine.I go with how I feel at that time and am always changing up.Like I posted, I planned on working abs, forearms and calves but changed last minute.

I always keep my reps high and weights lower.Now if I feel a weight that day os too easy for me to reach those reps, I just increase my reps and sets instead of weight.Most of the time anyway.I do increase the weight a little once in a while but at this stage of my life, I dont risk injury by pushing heavy iron anymore.

Reading you loud and clear brother. I like it..... especially your ability to gauge your body and accept the fact we can't always "redline" like the younger days. Solid work. Your happy, healthy, and still kicking ass.
It seems you are much like me and do this for you (not videos or to be a fake tough). I respect that the most. I just dropped a work out partner because I couldn't focus as much as I prefer. But I will say, it feels good every now and again for someone to point out that you're working harder than most. That was mostly my intention here, keep killing it big dog!

Decline Bench Sit Ups with 10 Twists at.top-- 4 sets of 40
Leg Raises-- 2 sets of 20



Just got home tonoght and was supposed to be off but im gonna crush arns!! Will post up workout when im done.

15 second plank would destroy you? You better up your fitness level dude. 15 seconds is nothing. I do minute to minute and a half planks. Solid with plenty left in the tank. So when shit gets live you're getting gassed and waxed. Sorry for your luck

These are great work outs for overall well being and fitness. Especially if the weight is light. This is fine tuning at its best. Consider upping that cardio. Think you feel like a machine now? Bump up the cardio and report back
