Homemade High Protein Chocolate Pancakes with Fresh Sliced Strawberries.

Made a homemade topping sauce from Yogurt, Peanut Butter and Scoop of Whey Protein Powder.

Made this Egyptian Seafood Pasta tonight for dinner but I added Diced Bell Peppers, Sun Dried Tomatoes and for the Seafood I added Shrimp, Oysters, Calamari, Octopus, Mussles, & Crab Meat.

Breakfast Casserole made with Eggs, High Protein Yogurt, Low Fat Ham, Diced Tomatoes, Spinach and Tator Tots with very light Fat-Free Shredded Cheese on top.

24oz Longhorn Ribeye Medium Rare of course with a salad and baked potato on the side with LOTS of Jack& Coke specials for $4.99 to wash it down!!!

I see you've been cycling for 30 years, just wondering what a usual year looks like for you in terms of compounds and doses

Right now most I hit is Test @ 1k a week, split between Mon & Thurs and 1 other compound which varies between EQ, Tren, Mast.Always lower doses than the Test.
