To be honest my brother, I havent had bloods done in about 2yrs.
But before all the "bro-science" gurus start telling me "how stupid or dangerous that is" , allow me to state why.
Im 53 and have been cycling for 30 plus yrs and were fanatical about having regular blood work done before, during and between my cycles. My Dr always knew I was cycling and what so he knew what to look for in my tests. They ALWAYS came back perfect!!! Never an issue. Also, I am fanatical about listening to my body and know the signs of needing change. After so many yrs, you get to know when something is amiss, and when that happens, I will absolutely get bloods to see what it could be and make changes.
But, as I said, 2plus yrs and feeling great so "If it aint broken, dont fix it"!!

Most important factor IMHO, to a long healthy and problem free life is the lifestyle choices we make and of course our diets!!

I dont smoke, never have, no rec drugs, drink only lightly, and eat pretty good. Not a lunatic vegan or vegatarian as I feel they both miss out on many nutrients and just makes you miserable.Mentally and physically long term.

I get enough sleep and work out regularly with high cardio style workouts that get my heart pumping!!

To me, these are the keys to staying young, fit and healthy.

Gotcha I had make a few tweaks to diet just to get off few meds from sloppy eating and genetics to some degree.
Thanks for the reply 🙂

No problem man.

Yes sir, so many grossly underesitmate the importance of diet on your overall health and wellbeing. It plays such an immense factor.
True as well with bodybuilding. So many forget diet and just think more and more drugs is the answer!! WRONG!!! May help in the short term but so few last long term without any issues.
Just my 2 cents after over 1/2 Century on the planet with rarely a Dr's visit other than routine check ups and never on meds other than occasional Aspirin or Ibuprofin.
