To be honest my brother, I havent had bloods done in about 2yrs.How’s your bloodwork?
Just asking as I had adjust my old style eating quite a bit to get some numbers in cholesterol and lipids in check.

Gotcha I had make a few tweaks to diet just to get off few meds from sloppy eating and genetics to some degree.Most important factor IMHO, to a long healthy and problem free life is the lifestyle choices we make and of course our diets!!
I dont smoke, never have, no rec drugs, drink only lightly, and eat pretty good.Not a lunatic vegan or vegatarian as I feel they both miss out on many nutrients and just makes you miserable.Mentally and physically long term.
I get enough sleep and work out regularly with high cardio style workouts that get my heart pumping!!
To me, these are the keys to staying young, fit and healthy.
