Dude I was a division 1 swimmer back in the 70s...I went a low 22 and a mid 48 freestyle...there is no way you can lift weights then swim competently....your stroke would would feel like shit....people don't understand what a skill swimming is...for relevance try squatting 10x10 with say 275 then go and try to run sprints...you would trip on yourself!Lift weights 4pm to 5pm Swim from 5:30pm to 6:30pm then lift weights from 9:30 pm to 10:30pm i sleep till 3pm most days get around 11 hours sleep a night
