What time of the day do you hit the gym?

Lift weights 4pm to 5pm Swim from 5:30pm to 6:30pm then lift weights from 9:30 pm to 10:30pm i sleep till 3pm most days get around 11 hours sleep a night
Dude I was a division 1 swimmer back in the 70s...I went a low 22 and a mid 48 freestyle...there is no way you can lift weights then swim competently....your stroke would would feel like shit....people don't understand what a skill swimming is...for relevance try squatting 10x10 with say 275 then go and try to run sprints...you would trip on yourself!

Having no sugars or fuel in the morning should kickstart Gluconeogenesis though no? So by training with zero fuel the first place your body will look is directly at your muscle proteins. I can't buy into fasted anything, I'd rather look like a fat turd like I do than lift or do cardio with zero food in my belly. For those that have done fasted cardio and seem to believe there was a benefit feel free to argue I'm just an idiot. I do believe however the science behind fasted cardio/lifting is just not there as with a standard calorie deficit coupled with weight training and cardio.

Dude the food in your stomach has to be fully digested and turned into sugar before it can be used as fuel...

I was under the impression that heavy work outs 2x per day is counter productive. No? Is it only because of the high anabolic that you can do this? I’m assuming you are doing different body parts?........ Redrock

Up at 4 am, Shake with oats and frozen berries... in the gym by 5:15am.
Stomach easily digested the food. Shower, head to work with my post W/O meal of chicken n rice.

I lift at about 7am in the morning... Cardio first thing with 10x beef liver tablete (approx 30g BCAA's), injectable L-Carnitine + preworkout.... Then gatorade with BCAA's + L-Arginine before/during workout

Been recomping excellent this way.

If I'm adamant about muscle gain, slam down 50g of protein + oats before i get to the gym.

I wake up at 4am and at the gym by 5. I do have 40g of protein and carbs before my workout. I go to sleep at 8-9pm.

I've been doing this for 2 months now and I haven't missed a day because once I'm up nothing is in my way preventing from going to the gym. No wife, no kids, no work calls. Plus the gym is practically empty.

Evening workouts my phone is always blowing up for stupid shit.
