Hell yeah baby....Finally able to workout again and feeling AWESOME!!!

FULL BODY WORKOUT

*Squats--5 sets of 12 ( about 100lbs less than normal šŸ˜”

*Seated Rows--5 sets of 12 (Even coming off a 2wk sickness and layoff, 365lbs not too bad)

*Bench Press--5 sets of 12

*Cable Flyes--5 sets of 12

*Lat Pulldowns--4 sets of 12

Super Set:
*Upright Rows--5 sets of 10
*Rolling Cable Shrugs- W/V- Handle--5 sets of 20

Saving Arms for tomorrow. I like hammering them alone and really cranking out sets and reps.

I'm so friggin pumped for tonight's Arm Blast after yesterday's great workout!!

I was in withdrawals from my workout after being off for 2wks due to my Sinus Infection but IM BACK NOW BABY!!

Yes sir, it's a great alternative on the bench press. It really focuses on the upper and inner parts of your pecs and gives a fantastic pump!!

Had to go with really lightweight, the inversion of my arms forearms and the slight rotation of the shoulder requires much lighter weight for me feeling it almost instantly. I'm going to keep trying it

Without a doubt you'll have to go lighter brother. It's not just you. With this supinated hand position, you will never be able to bench as much as you can in a traditional bench press.

This one works best for higher reps and sets and to really get a great burn. It's an awesome finisher to your chest workout.

Been 2 days now and my abs are still sore. Lol. Definitely going to try to keep hitting them hard to be ready for summer time. Lol

Looking at wrecking legs and abs again tonight.

I'm really trying to stay with the Abs this time just to see where the I can get to without really eliminating foods from my diet.Not shooting for a 6 pac again. Just tightening up more.
