Oh I'm sorry, I thought this was the nutrition forum where you ask nutritional questions and discuss nutrition. Looking forward to some help from someone like Eleven11 or others that would actually be helpful other than wasteful one liners about nothing.

I'm sorry, I thought you were able to actually ask a question so I would know what the hell you were even wanting to know.

You body will spend more time digesting more food in less meals than it does less food in more meals, which would be digested quicker. That's why in the end it's not gonna matter much. It will equal out. Your RMR is what's going to determine what you will use as fuel....not how much you consume. Either way, your not going to hit a calorie surplus into the end of the day after your body has used everything it needs through the day.

It's a Busted myth. Just like clean eating.

I read some of these last post. I'm around 200 lbs when I start cutting so I start around 3500 cals per day
So someone is going to eat 2 x a day at 1,750 cals per meal and you think it's not going to make you sluggish hell good luck with that and you really think your body is going to be able to absorb all those nutrients ? your just going to be shitting out half of what you eat. Eating smaller meals and more often does increase your metabolism hell I notice it every time I do this, and you will be able to absorb more nutrients, your body can only do so much. First week I can hardly get down all the food then after a week or so I'm finding easier, then I start looking forward to my next meal.
You guys take this for what it's worth but I know this works and I've set this up for dozens of friends and family let alone the guys on this board.............11
