*Squats--5 sets of 12 ( about 100lbs less than normal
*Seated Rows--5 sets of 12 (Even coming off a 2wk sickness and layoff, 365lbs not too bad)
*Bench Press--5 sets of 12
*Cable Flyes--5 sets of 12
*Lat Pulldowns--4 sets of 12
Super Set:
*Upright Rows--5 sets of 10
*Rolling Cable Shrugs- W/V- Handle--5 sets of 20
Saving Arms for tomorrow. I like hammering them alone and really cranking out sets and reps.
