hey guys question.. is it really bad while one AS to hit the gym two days in a row i heard that u need to let your body recover for 24 hrs ?? is this true?
Depends on the body parts your training. I train 4 days a week & keep a log, if I notice progress slows down I add another day off. So far this cycle every wo, reps/ weight keep going up I train each body part once a wk.
