Your training your shoulders indirect 4 days a week. If your going to do this routine drop shoulders because you train them indirect when you train chest.

Whether you "feel" like you are getting anywhere or not is irrelevant to the actual effectiveness of a routine. To be honest, that particular split is horseshit and you know goddamned well that it always will be without including full, ass to ankles squats.

Regardless of anything, I'm taking legs off for a while. Tell me what you think a good training schedule would look like discluding legs...
