Hey Brothas been racking my brain lately (man being off cycle sucks!)
just finished pct my question is how should I vary my workout being off cycle I am open to try anything. I concentrated on a heavy 5X5 plan while on gained about 18-20pounds still holding most of my weight.
Should I think about adding creatine or lay off it?
Thanks for the input fellas

I'd still train heavy, but maybe bump up your calories a bit. I cut out some of my cardio for my PCT for 6 weeks, and bumped up calories. I trained hard with the weights and made it a point to get 10 hrs sleep per day. I don't know about the creatine thing, though, maybe someone else could shed some light on using creatine off cycle.

I would add the creatine and Glutamine,.and some Dhea with Tribulus Terrestris,.Should be a good supplement when coming off a cycle.

Your diet has to be right on the money,.every 2 hours a meal,.Keep your workouts short but intense,.

Good advice.Keep working out and eating. You'll be glad you did.Consistency is the key.

Mainly, keep training and eating. I don't change my workout at all, it just isn't quite as heavy. Creatine is a good supplement, as is a good quality tribulus. I personally don't get any results at all from glutamine or DHEA, and i have given them plenty of opportunity.
