Just turned 46 and noticed my chest sagging a bit.. any suggestions?
I'm 46 as well and suffer from hulk hogan fat side pecs for years...only advice I have is more incline flyes and declined presses...yes declined...I feel declined give a better ROM and will build and tighten side and lower per whereas flats don't do much of anything...inclined flyes will help with front views and cleavageJust turned 46 and noticed my chest sagging a bit.. any suggestions?
