This makes me think of something I’ve wondered about before:

Do our veins move over time? I ask because I’ve thought about getting a sleeve on my blank arm that highlights my veins. But if they move over time there’s no point. Just wondering…

Not that I know of. Maybe as we age and our bodies naturally change, I guess it possible that they rest in a different place but that's about it I believe. Could be wrong though. Mine have seems to remain in the same place all my life and I'm 57 now so...

Warrior- get the sleeve... it'll be dope in any case my friend.
Staying lean and the veins will be out to keep that muscle oxygenated.
With age our vascularity becomes less "tonic"... so shit gets saggy (skin too as you might experience "old man ass" if you compete in masters).
But that's for "average" dudes (consider everyone we went to high school with and how they look now), not bros here on OLM being savages!
We train, eat well and do our cardio to keep shit tight.
Get the sleeve. lol
