I did not juice from day one, It was 2.5-3 years before I even thought about it and was presented with the opportunity after educating myself and trying it finally. There were periods of off time during those years but I’ve done the best I can to equip myself with as much knowledge as I can, the process that hardest for me is finding diet wise what works and having the patience at times to see what really works. But as I’m getting older it’s getting a little easier I think.
