I’m 5’11 214 lbs not sure my Bf but I’ve got some mid section fat, probably 15-17% if I could guess. I eat focusing pretty much mainly on protein intake and fill the rest in with a mix of carbs and fats, trying to bulk for a few months so diet isn’t t clean, just trying to make sure im in a steady surplus. My mom-Friday is a lot more calculated due to work and break times I always eat those times and the weekend due to sleeping later is more laxed. IVe been running test cyp 500 mg a week with npp @300 mg a week for two weeks so far, doing a 5x5 program as of this week. I wont get into crazy detail but I would like to sort of track my progress here and maybe its helpful to someone or just even to myself is fine. If anyone wants to chime in for advice questions anything feel free. My starting numbers were squat 180 bench 180 dead 205 ohp 115 and row 135. Im able to complete sets and reps but may have started a little higher than I should due to my lack of experience training. Also I know my nutrition could use some help. Hence the post. I completed one week so far. Thanks in advance.

Let me add I had a shoulder injury so I took about 6 months off and have been back in the gym about 3 weeks now but only 2-3 years training total probably

I was injured and out of the gym for six months. Lost a lot of muscle and gained some bodyfat. After being back in the gym for a month, I hit Tren E 300mg/week, Mast E 300mg/week, Test 400mg/week, Anavar 50mg/ED and HGH. I ran it all summer. It was like magic, by six weeks I was night a day different. That was the boost I needed. Since then I have just been cruizing. Going to do another cycle soon (haven't fully decided exactly of what yet).
I won't do Tren E again, only Tren A for short durations and probably not more than 200 or 250 a week. Night sweats were way to bad.
If you want a HUGE boost, Tren will do it. Note, if you take Tren have Caber on hand.

Today’s workout was workout B of 5x5.

Warmed up with squats at 90lb, 135 lb and then the 5x5 work sets at 195
Ohp warm ups were 75lb,90lb and then work sets at 120lb 5x5
Deadlift warm up 135 and 175 then the work set of 1x5 at 215

Weighed myself and I’m up to 218.
Tomorrow I’ll be doing some core work and some light to moderate cardio for 15-20 minutes. Also I did some post workout stretches in the sauna before I left the gym.
Hit the grocery store for the week and got a couple things of angus chuck tender steaks and two packages of chicken tenders. They help me with portion sizes, bought a bag of kale to sautee and two bags of spinach as well as broccoli and 5 avocados. I have plenty of rice and I also bought a few things of egg whites as well as 36 eggs.

Thanks commander. Appreciate the insight
Your welcome. Normally I don't chime in on cycle advice. But since I was in the same situation as you, being injured and down for awhile... I thought I would give my experience.
The Tren was really a game changer. I have been running gear for 30 years, but I never tried Tren until last summer. It really is unlike anything I ever tried before. I wish I didn't get the night sweats from it!
The closest to Tran (as far as results go) that I ever had from a cycle before was Sustanon Ready Jets and Syntec Anadrol 50 way back in the day.
Hope I was a little helpful...

I ran tren A last year and it worked beautifully but I was trying to go for a little size during the colder months, so I’ve been on npp and have Deca also. Maybe towards the end I’ll change to tren, believe I’ve got some laying around here somewhere

Steak veggies and a little pasta for dinner

I’ll be totally honest here

Sorry in advance but you won’t like this

It’s a long long road ahead of you to get where you want to be ......

BUT

I would NOT do a bulk right now

You’ve got a lot of fat on you

Chest fat .... it’s not pretty

My suggestion?

Shred up

Get sliced up and ripped

Run some t3 run some clen

Yohimbine, Yerba mate, green tea, krealkylin hardcore, etc

Jam your cardio

Get that BF down big time

Then.......

Then focus on gains

I would seriously get your nutrition intake in check. What’s the point of adding useless weight just for the sake of it?

If it were me, keep it simple ..... I’d run the test @ 200mgs/week, gh @ 2ius/day (depending on brand) and an AI.

NUTRITION!! NUTRITION!! NUTRITION!!

Friday I did workout B for the 2nd time this week. Thursday was some cardio and abs. Going to mornings cardio and gym mon wed Friday lifting, try to dial my diet in which is where I struggle the most. But it’s a process and personal experiment over time .

And Mack I am not upset or anything about your comment, I put it here for the reason of criticism and help. I look in the mirror Nd see the same thing so I know there’s a lot of work to be done. I appreciate the words. I shall do my best. Adjust as necessary and over time have some serious results to put up after the work starts to pay off.

Tmikes, also thank you. I always seems to go through a phase of wanting to put weight on when it isn’t necessarily the smartest idea with my figure but I suppose I chose to take the easiest route of eating more like I usually have rather than the sacrifice of strict diet and sacrificing. But clearly it needs to be done. And as far as GH I have researching and researching before I take that leap. But I appreciate the advice and when I feel I’m knowledgeable enough and it’s safe enough for me to take that step. I will.

Workout A started the week today. Went smooth, did some stretching and some warm up sets of each exercise. Still completed all reps and able to take minimal time to rest in between. Put some ab work in as well. Tom should be more cardio and ab work, maybe the sauna at some point while stretching

Took an easy day Tuesday, some cardio stretching and the sauna for a little while.
Workout b today still completed all the sets and reps with the minimal time in between each set of 90 seconds. Definitely starting to get a bit heavy with the squats for sure as they rise the highest and quickest. But I’ll keep pushing.
Working on my in take and cleanliness of food. Definately a work in progress

Workout A today to end the day, squat is up to 220 5x5 bench 200 and did row at 150. Still succeeded with minimal rest time and all completed reps. It’s getting a little more difficult though as well. This is week 5-6 coming up I believe so I expect it to be a little more difficult but some hard work and dedication and I’ll be alright. Also making a change in the diet starting Sunday and running for the next two months, as members have stated above I will be dialing down and seriously cleaning it up and see what happens.
