Stop doing abs and stretching. Cardio will help you lose weight. You should be doing 1 hour of cardio a day with 1 hour lifting. Diet should be unter 2,000cals. Do this and watch the scale drop. If you don't, you wont get the results you want.

Good luck!

With all due respect I dont know why you're juicing right now. Way too early in your lifting career.

Oh my ..... this is debatable because we can’t see the future

Guy like this either tanks out in less than 12 weeks

Or

A guy like this gasses UP cleans his diet, lifts hard, slams cardio, slams gear ..... and 20 weeks later looks like a new man

He is obviously old enough to run the gear

I say shoot that shit and kick ass bro and if you fail then go eat cotton candy at the boardwalk and sink in to an insulin coma as you watch the waves crash against the surf

I am working hard on doing the best effort I’m capable of, today I did cardio for an hour, yesterday was workout B dead’s,squats as OHP. Tom is workout A of squats, bench and rows. Feeling good so far, cut some calories, and plan on making a nice change at the end of my cycle.

Keep up the motivation, you will be fine. Just remember this turns into a lifestyle and it can change you life. There are ups and downs, just stick with it, the reward is worth it

So far so good, I did workout A today. Awesome results, adding cardio daily during the week plus obviously my full time job which keeps me moving and working hard at the shop. I’m pretty motivated and seeing results keeps it coming, I know I’ll hit a rut but I believe it’s how you bounce back from that that defines you. I appreciate everyone’s opinions and input, negative or not. And I’ll keep you all posted

Juicing from the start is just foolish.

If he's putting in a decent effort he should be able to make some fantastic newbie gains for quite some time.

Problem with juicing from day one is there's nowhere to go from there.

Too many guys go down the road of too much juice, not enough true base.

It’s also a major factor to consider age and current natural T levels

And fuck it

Life is short

If you’re ready

In the moment

Give it all you got

ill Try and get the time to add some photos since it’s been a bit over a month doing this program and working on dialing my diet down. Strength continues to go o using stronglifts , I’m going to start looking into simplified programs to do after running this one. Anyone have thoughts, send them my way

Old enough to run gear, yes.

I did not juice from day one, It was 2.5-3 years before I even thought about it and was presented with the opportunity after educating myself and trying it finally. There were periods of off time during those years but I’ve done the best I can to equip myself with as much knowledge as I can, the process that hardest for me is finding diet wise what works and having the patience at times to see what really works. But as I’m getting older it’s getting a little easier I think.

In your first post here you reference a lack of training. Quite frankly your numbers reflect someone new to training as well.

Alright bro been about a month now. Weight was 214 to start. Where you at now? Have you tried Keto diet? It works great for imediate weight loss. Even if its just glycogen seeing the scale drop rapidly over a week will really help motivate you!

I wanted to drop you a small tip, I've personally seen dramatic results with fat loss in association with long term HGH use, even at low-moderate doses. Something you should research more, it may help you brother.
