Well GS, you are reading but not listening. This lift was shown to me by a guy in a gym a few years ago (a former "Mr. Southern") He had pec development most of us would kill for (I'm getting close). I, for one do not judge effectiveness of exercises based on charts and for the record this is NOT dangerous. You are correct in that you cant isolate the inner pec, I never said that, you can however, hit areas harder than others But I will not get in a ....ing contest over this, lets just agree to dissagree.getswoll said:This does rank up with the most horrible advice I have ever read.
