I dropped weight, started going way slower and really concentrated on form and taking my time. You wouldn't believe the burn and pump I get from that. And I really feel like its helping alot. I posted this same thing in another forum and the guys said no no no hard and heavy, what do you guys think. This really seems to be great. But I want to hear some other thoughts. Oh and I do as many as I can on each set. But when you go so slow you still only get like 10 reps from 5-10lbs lighter per arm. Does that sound weird to you guys?
