I've been researching it and copying stuff down into word since it's hard to get a set schedule out of it. I'm also not sure about how I should do cardio. off days? on days? i'm confused but i'll keep researching.

Absolutely a fantastic program. I've done 3 blasts. One without stretching and 2 with. DO THE STRETCHES! They are crucial to me for recovery and yes, they do seem to allow for faster growth.

Can someone please explain "extreme stretching"? He does a lousy job of explaining it in the article. Are there specific stretches for each exercise? How long do you hold the stretch to make it extreme? Do you hold it for that period of time then stop, or do you take 15 deep breaths and stretch/hold again?

An extreme stretch is stretching the muscle as much as you can as far back as you can until you feel pain. Do it for 60-90 seconds.

OK, thank you for that explanation. I'm going to assume one stretch per muscle each side then on to the next exercise...

DC is not just training...ITS A LIFESTYLE!

This is the way you must look at it to truly get the most of this program.

Did this training for quite awhile, but got burnt out on it. I still will incorporate some of his methods in my training though. Love the stretches..

It's actually easy to get burnt out on dc training because it is so intense. I usually have to take a week off every 8 weeks with dc training.

Def. gonna have to try this. Kinda funny how you always hear about "changing things up" - anywhere from every week to every couple of weeks. I like the idea of taking a certain group of exercises and busting your ass with them till you cease to see results, THEN change things up.

In times past I've kinda scoffed at people who do the same exercises all the time, but if they continue to get stronger and bigger, then there is nothing to laugh at I guess. Probably should scoff at myself for doing the typical 9 set or so per body part routine for too long.

He is showing 2 different workouts, so are you pnly doing these 2 once a week? Whats the frequency, or how often should these be done? I read somewhere a while back that if you hit a muscle hard enough you only need to train it once a week.

Hopefully I answer your question because it seems a little vague but I train chest, shoulders, triceps, back thickness and back width (A) one day and biceps and legs (B) the other.

So it works like this: Monday (A), Wednesday (B), Friday (A), Monday following week (B)

By doing this you hit each bodypart twice in 8 days.

I have tried a lot of different training styles and I like DC the best!

Do those stretches right after you do the bodypart so you get a real tight stretch from the muscle being pumped, it makes a big difference in gains from what I've noticed.
