I believe in getting the most reward in the least amount of time. Training longer than necessary is counter-productive.
It can lead to over-training and injury. I believe in short workouts using slow, controlled movements with short rest intervals between sets to increase intensity. Exercising in
this manner reap's great rewards with very little chance for injury.

I suppose I do believe slow, controlled movements can produce gains. However, I am a bodybuilder chasing the pump. I train hard fast, and heavy. I don't use "PERFECT" form, but my form is good.

Not a fan of slo mo training myself. Most all of the people I see using it lok the exact same a year later. I can't see doing a slo mo squat.
