Bodyweight Squats has always been part of my life somewhere. Use to burn out with them after a light leg day, then as I got older and began putting less weight on my back, started relying on them more. After recent shoulder surgery I've been pretty limited on what I can do. Knowing that any squat is an all around bad ass exercise, I just thought to ask, anybody got a crazy personal best number of reps? I've heard some crazy numbers from the MMA/BJJ guys and wrestlers.
