Default insulin guidance

Hey gentlemen, need a second opinion. Im supplementing humalog now with my hgh and id like to hear your thoughts on timing/dosage. Im at 8iu of gh now (racetropin) 3iu am, 3iu pre, 2iu before sleep. I started adding 5iu of slin to my pre workout dose of hgh (im) with far over 10gs of carbs per iu to be safe.
Anyone have a more effective split i can follow? Or a good way to safely up the dose. Thank you

Hey bro, I usually don't share this information. One as you know it can be dangerous to run. It's very individual with how people respond and how many carbs you need. This is a protocol I ran that I got from a coach. To be honest this wasn't a Optimum protocol for me. Way to many carbs so I started added bodyfat but definitely gained size

30 mins prior to breakfast take 2ius GH then eat breakfast then immediately take 1iu humolog insulin

Meal 1:
4 eggs whites
5oz steak
2 packet instant grits or oatmeal or 1/2 cup cream of rice (70 grams carbs )

Meal 2:
7oz chicken breast
6oz sweet potatoes
1 cup green beans

30 mins prior to meal 3 Take 1ius GH then immediately take 1iu humolog insulin

Meal 3:
7oz chicken breast
2 whole wheat low carb tortillas
1 cup jasmine rice
1 cup green beans

30 mins prior to pre workout meal inj 2ius gh bilaterally in muscles being worked

Meal 4: (pre workout meal)
8oz chicken breast
2oz pasta
1 banana
1 cup broccoli



Meal 5: (post workout meal)
8oz beef
8oz baked potato
1 cup broccoli

30 mins prior to meal 6 take 1iu GH then eat and go to bed if possible

Meal 6:
8oz 10oz ground turkey
1 cup green beans

Immediately pre workout take 20mcg bilaterally igf lr3
eat 2 rice Krispy treats and drink 25 grams whey isolate

Immediately post workout take 1iu GH then immediately after post workout protein and poptarts​ take 2ius humolog insulin
2 scoops whey isolate/hydrolyzed
1 package poptarts and 20oz Gatorade or 12oz grape juice

*Use sodium for seasoning food it's vital for fluid balance kidneys function and muscle contraction
