Default BF on scale

Does anyone use a scale that measures Bf? Not to accurately get your bf but to just use it to keep track of the trend of whether it's going down or not.

You're probably better off buying some fat calipers and just taking measurements weekly in the same locations like the stomach, thighs, arms ect. You really don't even need to keep tight track and can just use them for quick reference and if the numbers are going down every week you're on the right track. Those scales usually use electrodes and they say if you're dehydrated, have calloused feet or any of the multiple variables that can skew your readings. It would be useless week to week even day to day where calipers wont lie and can be just as fast to use.

I can agree to that but if heís consistent about where he measures heíll definitely get more consistent readings compared to the scales using electrodes. You might be close to 7% man you seriously are cut up. Maybe closer to 10% but possible single digits.
