![]() Had umbilical hernia surgery about 5 months ago. Started working back lightly after 2 months. During the time off and very light workouts at first, I lost a fair amount of muscle and gained a lot of fat (took advantage of the time off and ate whatever the hell I wanted). Well, now I'm on the comeback trail. Down 2 pants sizes over the past 8 weeks and gained a lot of my muscle back. Goal is another drop or two in waist size, maybe 4-5% body fat and maintain current size. At 47 not looking to add more muscle. Getting tougher and tougher.
