Default What does your shopping list look like?

When you're headed for groceries what does your list look like on a typical week? If you have different diets for different times aka, cut, bulk, for those who compete pre contest ect. let us know. Curious to see the types of food most of you eat normally and be honest.

I normally go 3 times a week and I make this same exact circle plus or minus little things.

Salad
Coto Salami
Breakfast Sausage
Chicken Breast
85/15 ground Turkey(if you drain and blot you essentially get 93/7 and it's a better protein to dollar ratio)
Discount Meat section
Eggs
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Frozen Broccoli (quality is getting crappy so gonna change to some thing else)
Salsa
Low Carb Tortillas

I eat a low carb diet with the intentions of being lean. Girl wants to lose weight but not big into exercise and wants to try the whole30 diet so going to start that next week with her. I havent tried to really bulk in a while due to fears of getting fat. That will change this winter.

Generally I eat the same stuff no matter what my goals are. Portion sizes are the only things that change. 80% of my animal protein comes from beef, but I eat some chicken and turkey as well. I can basically walk through my local grocery store with my eyes closed at this point.

Pineapple
Apples
Bananas
Cold press juices
Broccoli
Green beans
Brussel sprouts
Spinach
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumber
Fresh salsa
Avocado
Bolthouse yogurt dressings
Ketchup
Dill pickles
Sweet potatoes
Red potatoes
Oatmeal
White rice
Laughing cow cheese triangles
Petite sirloin steak
96/4 ground beef
93/7 ground turkey
Bonless skinless chicken breast
Turkey bacon
Turkey breakfast sausage
Eggs
Egg whites
Yogurt
Cottage cheese
Van's power grains toaster waffles
White chocolate peanut butter
Beef jerky
Rice crackers
Hummis
Almond milk
Water
Zero calorie sparkling water

I have a client that did really well with the whole30 diet. She loved it.

Im in prep right now, and honestly I eat cheap. I don't get paid to do this so I do it smart. How many times I got to the store a week depends on how many days I prep at a time.

Chicken Breast
Butterball 1/3lb frozen turkey patties (golden shit here)
97/3 Ground Turkey
Lean Ground Beef
Steaks
- Sirloin
- New York Strips
- Ribeye (sparingly)
80/20 Ground Pork (Sparingly)
Salmon
Sweet Potatoes
Red Potatoes
White Rice
Brown Rice
Oatmeal
Grits
Fruit (Variety)
Broccoli
Califlower
Green Peas
Green Beans
Carrots
Spinach
Asparagus
Eggs
Egg Whites
Onions
Tomatoes
All Natural PB
Avocados
Olive Oil
Fairlife Milk

Like someone already said, food doesn't change based on my goals. My calories and serving sizes change. I honestly can't wait to bulk. I'm tired of being hungry all the time. I have a 4000+ calorie appetite being supressed into 2300 calroies.
