Default Thoughts on new meal lay outs

Last time measured my stats were 186.3 @ 13.3% bf. The goal is to spend the next 11 weeks cutting for a show Aug 4th. I have been on a carb cycle type of diet since mid March with 2 low days and a refeed every 3rd night. We were hoping to ad in a few more carbs to help stay more full and hopefully still allow for some growth. Any thoughts or options are appreciated.

Thoughts on meal lay outs
Meal 1
8oz egg whites 1/2 cup oatmeal or grits 5 oz chicken

Meal 2
9oz chicken 3/4 cup brown rice 1 cup green veggie

Meal 3
9 oz Turkey 4oz sweet potatoes 1 cup green veggie

Meal 4
10oz lean white fish 1/2 cup brown rice 1 cup green veggie

Meal 5
9oz chicken leafy greens 1tbs Peanut butter

Meal 6
8 oz flank steak or filet 6 asparagus spears 1 tbsp peanut butter

I would use basmati rice. Easier to digest, its low GL, and very tasty.

Use Quinoa. It trumps all "rice".

Im alternating between white and brown rice, and then when I run out of what I prepped, than I switch over to potatoes. A mixture of white, red, and sweet.

couscous is good too though...however the hell it is spelled. Its awesome with salmon. Lay the salmon over a bed of couscous with some green fiber, a side salad.
