With factor 1 being the most important. I think what time you take it, when you split it, if you take it all at once in the morning or evening matters much less. It's kind of like training. Consistency and hard work make the biggest differences.
Now if youíre running a larger amount and timing it with your slin and workouts then thatís a different story but for an overall, therapeutic type dose of say 5 iu and under, the important thing is just doing it consistently.
