Is it just me or has anyone else gotten rid of all the protein shakes and bars?
A couple reasons I switched...
1. Whey protein prices got expensive
2. Protein shakes just do keep me full as the same macro counter parts of real food
3. More micronutrients in food
Granted I'll have bars when I'm traveling but other than that... it's pretty much chicken, turkey, eggs, and egg whites.
