Op we all had to start some where. Take things slow start with cardio and light weights get your weight down. Have patience it will happen. Don't take anything just put in the hard work. I've seen people come back heavier then you get into great physical shape so don't get discouraged. Change your diet slowly no drastic moves on either part physical or on the diet. Slow and steady so you and your body can get adjusted at a normal rate. It will happen keep the motivation going you tube has tons for that. Keep the thread updated I got faith in you man.

Thank you very much brother, i will do my best to keep this up...i have true diet in the past and it's very hard to keep. I have always been a big person.

I asked your stats bc in order to provide good advice we need to know where you are. 36% bf is a lot. Obese... your friend who advised you to juice is a douchebag at worst or extremely misinformed at best. You have a lot of extra weight you are carrying. AAS is going to strain your heart, screw with your lipid profile and at your current composition do more harm to you than good. Winny is very bad on cholesterol. Having a higher BF% means when u take test it will aromatize at a higher rate... you will grow tits bro...if you don't already have them. Clen is harsh on your heart and like I said before your heart is already working overtime due to the excess bf you are lugging around. Since you asked for advice...

If you can't stick to a diet then you don't need to fux with AAS. Diet is key, working out is secondary, drugs are the 3rd part of the mix. Tht means get ur diet down, then get your workout schedule in full swing, after you have achieved those then you have probably become dedicated and disciplined enough to start adding some extra stuff in the mix.

No one who cares about you is going to advise you to take some shit tht will lead to your premature demise. But I've been in your shoes... so I'm gonna keep it 100 with you.

Early morning fasting cardio. If you can't run then crank up the incline on the treadmill and walk 1 -2 miles. Mix up treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical and row machine as to not get burnt out on the same exercise.

Breakfast. 4 or 5 hard boiled egg whites, cup or 2 of black coffee. No sugar or cream.

Lunch. Can of tuna, celery, 2 boiled egg whites. Or, grilled chicken breast, ceaser salad (light on the dressing, skip the croutons).

Weight routine. 3 sets of 12 -15, 2 muscle groups per day, 4 exercises per muscle group.

Post workout shake. Low carb whey, liquid egg whites & milk.

Dinner: complex carb (brown rice, sweet potato) veggie (spinnach, green beans, kale) lean meat (baked salmon, grilled chicken, steak)

Keep this up 5x a week. Give yourself a rest day or two. Wed and Saturday or sat and sunday.

Avoid alcohol. Allow yourself a cheat meal ...subway or some shit. You can give yourself a couple of cookies on your cheat meal day. If you can keep up your workout regiment and this kind of diet then you have earned it.

Do this for 6 mos...see what kind of results you get. This is exactly what I did to get from 278 to 220 something in less than 6 mos. I put in work. I hit the gym 2x a day. I worked my ass off and I did it without taking clen or AAS. .I did use an ECA stack... shit was hard but it was worth it. I was tired a lot. I used to drink so my calories came from alcohol. I got off my ass, quit playing video games and drinking and I changed my lifestyle. You can do this. I encourage you... if you want it you can do it....if you dont..then I just wasted my fkn time...but at least I gave you some good advice. ..and tht is what u asked for.

Good luck.

Says you...

You should be in the gym for a year at least an avg of 5 times a week before taking gear. Do your due diligence, research is key. Research your exercise routines, research your compounds and most importantly your diet. To just ask for help is a very loaded question bc there is a great deal of information that goes into this. Due your research it will serve us well. To answer ur question cut mix is fine for what u want, leave the clen out of ur cycle at 36% bf u will see no results from it, and it's not a fun thing to be on.

I tire of these guys who say this. A year from now, if he starts gear now, he will be WAY AHEAD of where he would be if he took your advice and waited a whole year. And his progress, recovery, enthusiasm, strength, everything won't be anywhere near where it could be on gear.

There's a saying: The best time to plant a tree is 10 years ago. The second best time to plant a tree is today.

Same goes for the juice. I started lifting weight "to look like Arnold" back in 1980. I saw Dr Kerr in LA and got my first prescription in 1984. I've been "on" more than 50% of my life. I'll tell you, on is preferable and life IS short. Just go for it.

There's a lot of good, albeit tough love, advice in the previous posts... it may feel like you're getting flamed (which is not permitted in the beginner forum) but really it's just veteran members keeping it real. You should definitely have your diet set, workout regimen in place and actually be at a place where you feel you've gone as far as your natural potential can take you, before adding in AAS. It's not going to replace ALOT of hard ass work, it's just another tool to be used in conjunction with diet, exercise and commitment. If it were as easy as just taking juice and "pow" you become shredded or buff or huge.....etc, everyone would look awesome. There's a ton of good info here and the search feature can save you asking questions which have been answered 1000's of times here already. Bottom line is that you should put in the gym time while also doing the research and reading before jumping right into the lifestyle.....it is your body and ultimately your health we're talking about. Good luck, welcome to OLM by the way......Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will your physique. B:cool:

A recent patient of mine has been on stage for fitness, he's almost identical to me except proportion: both 38yr, 5'10, and 210lbs. His weight is upper body, mine is lower. Of course its taboo to discuss his usage history but I bet the house it involved quite a bit of stims such as clen to cut, he did admit to using albuterol. Needless to say his heart looks like shit and is going to the cath lab, you're in no position to use clen. You're doing more damage than good esp at this point. All of the above said is in your best interest, don't take the advice lightly.

OP are you still at it? Still working out? How have you progressed?

I would like to offer a little different advice.

BF % being that high can drop your natural test production to below healthy human male levels.

I would leave all other roids alone, but a TRT dose of test would do nothing but help all of your goals.

One of the biggest problems trying to lose THAT much fat, is that your very reduced natural test levels are acting as an anchor to your fat loss.
