Virgin first timer here guys, i need a lot of support and help please!

Hey whats up everyone, this is my first time here in this site. My friend told me about the juices and i decided to try it, sooo i went ahead and ordered some clen from GP and some cut stack from Jitannilabs...i got my order already but not im too scared to inject because of what if???? My friend lives too far from me, so he cant be there to show me how to do it. I have seen his pics on social media and he is looking good, (no homo). So since I'm a big guy (6'1"-270lbs) I'm looking to shed the far off and at the cane time build and tone my muscles. Did i get the right juice for what i want to do? I would like to be at 210-220 mostly muscle. Please help me out here guys, once again i am new to all of this and i really need guidance. Than you all.

What is your BF%? Current workout regiment? Current diet?

Body Fat is at 36% right now I'm just doing treatmill running jogging, bicycle and a little weight lifting, as for diet i hace cut down on a lot of carbs and not eating after 6pm. Also been drinking only water, ohhh and my little coffee for the mornings but thats it.
 
My personal opinion

You should be in the gym for a year at least an avg of 5 times a week before taking gear. Do your due diligence, research is key. Research your exercise routines, research your compounds and most importantly your diet. To just ask for help is a very loaded question bc there is a great deal of information that goes into this. Due your research it will serve us well. To answer ur question cut mix is fine for what u want, leave the clen out of ur cycle at 36% bf u will see no results from it, and it's not a fun thing to be on.

Increase your cardio, especially high intensity
Decrease your calories to 2100-2600
Try intermittent fasting for 16-18 hrs daily
Eliminate sugar, starch, and limit sodium intake
Shoot for say 250g protein, 100g carbs, and 80g fats
Limit red meat, dairy and bread consumption
Eat more alkalizing food

The weight should fall off quick!

Hahaha i started taking clen, and man it helped me sweat a lot and my heart was racing and i got some bad cramps, overall i think the clen works. I havent tried pinning yet, i hate needles since i was a kid...but i really do want to try it. What do u think?

I think Adrenolin is on point with some tuff love mixed in for you. Loose the majority of your weight and build your confidence by being dedicated in the process before thinking about steroids.

this right here is tuff love for sure but he needs to be right and think right before adding drugs to the mixx and when you get to the point of needing the drugs then you add them....... not add drugs then train your first week .... its train your ass off then later on add the compounds to help with the trainning and do not use the drug only for the trainning thinking its gonna work alone its hard work brother trust me but we are here to help , theres a ton of great guys here that know there shit trust me ...........

Ya I didn't mean to be a dick. I was right there with you not too long ago, weighing 311 @ 23% body fat around Christmas. Weighed 267.5 the other day and caliper tested 13.3% body fat.

Keep hittin it hard brother. And please be well aware of what you're getting your self into.

There's no prereq, however at his current body fat, it shouldn't be too hard to drop some serious pounds naturally, fairly quickly.

He'll likely notice better results from the gear if he has a stronger base, not to mention notice the visual effects on his body the leaner he is prior to beginning a cycle.

lol gotta love the reply seeing as how most of us did them when we shouldn't at some point or another. no disrespect meant adrenolin i just remembered how young and dumb i started. i hope you do wait man but if not at least educate yourself. i was on this board for a year researching before i touched anything after exposure to the lifestyle too young

Me? I'm not the op of this thread. Lol I had near 1600 total at 19 when I first started.

I have been hitting the gym bro, the only thing i have used is gp clen, only 40 mcg (1 tab) an hour before working out. It does get me thirsty a lot and muscle spasms and my heart is somewhat racing. About 2 years ago i use to take 1 tab of winny from gp (50mg) and 2 tabs of clen (80mcg) abs hour before gym. So I'm"starting over" light. I don't hv anymore winny, only clen and cut mix. Thank you for your guidance and i appreciate everything u guys help me with being good or bad.

Op we all had to start some where. Take things slow start with cardio and light weights get your weight down. Have patience it will happen. Don't take anything just put in the hard work. I've seen people come back heavier then you get into great physical shape so don't get discouraged. Change your diet slowly no drastic moves on either part physical or on the diet. Slow and steady so you and your body can get adjusted at a normal rate. It will happen keep the motivation going you tube has tons for that. Keep the thread updated I got faith in you man.

The only thing that I can say that you might should do is get your bloodwork done. You might have low testosterone and or high estrogen since you have such high body fat. I doubt that the rest of your labs come back with good enough numbers to satisfy me that you can safely cycle. Things like cholesterol, lipids etc. I trained hard for many years and studied AAS for several years before ever using any. Spend the next year getting yourself into shape and studying HRT. You would get more long term benefits from just that.

Yes i did my physical about 2 months ago and the only thing i have a little high is my sugar, cholesterol is good, liver is good....everything else is good according to my doctor.
