The only exercise I actually FEEL in that head is pulldowns. The ticket is to use one of those rope attachments and start with your hands close, then as you go down, bring your hands apart and to your sides. I like to use a arm blaster to maintain form on tri pulldowns.So other than dips, anyone got suggestions on how to get that sombitch to grow????

Skull crushers are an all-round good tricep exercise, but they primarily target the long head. and by the looks of this dude, I'm guessing he could do a 2 plate skull crusher if he wanted to.Dude you need to rock some skull crushers

Increments bro, go up a little each week, then do a week or two of light weight high reps and then go back to upping your max and repeatif I attempted that, the exercise would live up to it's name.
