So other than dips, anyone got suggestions on how to get that sombitch to grow????
The only exercise I actually FEEL in that head is pulldowns. The ticket is to use one of those rope attachments and start with your hands close, then as you go down, bring your hands apart and to your sides. I like to use a arm blaster to maintain form on tri pulldowns.

I do those but never tried it with the arm blaster. Thanks for the tip. Just did arms today but imma try that out next time

You're gonna take advice from a guy with that kind tricep? I mean, can you even call that a tricep?
I'm literally fat as fuck and I have visible triceps. if you were 30% body fat, your tri's would probably dissappear. oh but don't post a pic either. I wouldn't want the fucking fbi to break your door down because of some tattoos online posted on a bodybuilding forum.

We're all here for a common goal, and that is to better our bodies. I don't give a damn about Hypertrophy, asthetics, etc. I just like being strong as fuck.

Please continue to supply me with your opinion so I can wipe my ass with it.

Skull crushers are an all-round good tricep exercise, but they primarily target the long head. and by the looks of this dude, I'm guessing he could do a 2 plate skull crusher if he wanted to.
I’m at 2 45s on a curl bar now but I’m working my way up. I like when dudes in the gym look at me like what the fuck is this guy doing hahaha!!!
