Also I would like to point out that 5 on 2 off is not outdated. If this is easier on ur pocket book then it is ok to run. Of course it is always better to shoot every day. Hell, if you can affored to do 3 days a week at 4 to 6 iu spread throughout the day it would be fine. See the thing is this...when we are growing as kids our body's secrete high levels of HGH which in reture gives us high levels of IGF-1....but it is not one big secretion. The secretion is in spurts throughout the day. It also depends on many many factors...health...food intake...sleep...and excercise. So if you wanted to mimic say a 15 yr old kid just hit it like this Monday through Sunday.M-1iu /T-6iu spread throughout the day/ W-1iu / T-6iu spread throughout the day/ F-1iu Saturday-OFF Sunday-6iu Why an off day?? Bad sleep...poor diet...what ever the situation there are always days where the body will only produce small levels of GH...in this case the GH for that day for us will be around 1iu when we are sleeping. These numbers would also be fine with just 3iu spread throughout the day. At 6iu a day I am planning for growth as a competing bodybuilder and may experience some bad sides so I dont recommend this to all. I will be shooting mine AM-NOON-PM on the 6iu days. the 5/2 split is to also let your natty hGH production kick back in. I believe that continuous use of hGH 7 or 6 days a week could possibly shut down your endogenous production secreted by your pituitary. Jbd, do you feel this could be a reason for the 5/2 split as well?

hey jbigdog correct me if i am wrong. if i add 1.5 cc/ml of BW to the 15 iu bottle of hgh i will get it at 1 iu=10 on a 100 tick slin pin?

There is no proof that it will shut you down...only decrease the natty production....but yes...the 5/2 splitt will definately help.

Well...originally I was looking for Nutropin which I prefer and found (THANK GOD) around the same time I saw the notice online about my shit being destroyed. Now I have to set up a whole new POB...fuk this sux...why do you ask ppkk?? Would you like to insenuate something?? Dont fukin beat around the bush Bro...grab some ballz and say what you want...I need to stay off of hear until I heat from SC...I am fuking steaming now thanks a lot!!!

LMAO...yuo are so correct sir...forgive me...A 3cc syringe should be enough air but the slin pin is a good idea. Any good amount of force from the water mixing can degrade and or damage ur GH. (always "slowly" inject the water into the vial against the side and not directly onto the powder itself. Good eyes Bro!! Peace
