So essentially high volume but quads separate from hamstrings?

So this past Monday, I did high rep quads.
I did everything in this order:
Seated leg extension: 4x20. The last set, I hold the weight at the top of the movement for 3 seconds.
Front squats: 4x20 except last set I go to failure.
Walking lunges: I grab dumbbells and go to the track and lunge 100 steps. Sometimes I have to stop and rest a few seconds when I feel like puking lol
Hack squat: 4x20 last set to failure.
Abductor/Adductor machine. 4x25 for each.
End with seated leg extension again. 2x as many as I can do
