I am planning a test/var/dhb/sdrol cycle.
is there anything blatantly stupid about this cycle? just thought I'd check with people who know this stuff better than I.

test prop 200mg every 2d
dhb 350mg every 6d
anavar 40mg ed
superdrol 20mg ed

1st one? Just asking cause I seen this in the beginners section. If it's the first one for you then just do test at 500/wk. Have an AI on hand in case you need it. If you've done this before I can't offer much advice as I've never used super. Heard good things about it but that it's hella harsh

I’d do it

you must be looking to cut or do a lean gainer?

strength should be solid / go up

but that’s definitely not an off season gain type cycle

im after speed/strength. I'm looking to weigh roughly the same after the cycle. I want to cut some fat and replace the weight with lean muscle. coordination is also important. I will also be taking cardarine.

3rd cycle. never taken super but I'm only running it for 2 weeks. I've never taken dhb either but I've heard the pip is absolute dogshit. I have a-dex on hand.

Anavar and Sdrol and your lipids will be destroyed. Either alone is bad enough. Both will kill your appetite and the sdrol will make you lethargic.
FWIW
I'm taking red yeast rice+coq10 and krill oil. I cant find ANY statins for sale at any labs. any thing else I should be taking for that? cholesterol is my main concern.

My statement was intended to adress the health downfalls (cholesterol - which you know) which are very rapid in ascension and very slow to recovery. Ancillaries are often money wasted. But not the answer you’re after.

based on your goals IMHO you don’t need the Sdrol and at best it will make you over eat carbs to avoid hypo and lethargy. Again not what you asked.

I take policosanol, alpha-lipoic-acid and fish oil and sometimes niacin for lipid health.

Why only run it 2 weeks ?

seems a bit pointless

unless you were peaking for a photo shoot or contest

otherwise you won’t be taking it long enough to reap anything good or bad

I ran it at 30mg a day for 33 days and I was hard as a rock dry and sliced up to shreds

near zero carbs and no lethargy

I drank 2 glasses of red wine every night and bloodwork dine not long after the cycle my lipid profile was as good as it’s ever been

my cholesterol isn't too good to begin with. never heard of policosanol but a google search confirmed it could help.
I'm after sdrol's hardening/strength effect. would there be a better oral for that effect? I have some halo left over i could run.

does red wine somehow promote lipid health?

Update:
I decided to only use sdrol pre-workout. I went to the gym for the first time this cycle (started 2 days ago). I took 30mg sdrol 2 hours beforehand. I felt like a fuckin monster and got 20lb PR's on the flat bench and squat. I couldn't finish pinning all 350mg dhb. I got about 2cc in there. that alone rendered my left delt unusable. hurts like hell. ill probably buy from another lab. I will definitely continue this and maybe toss on some winny.

I appreciate your enthusiasm but don’t you think that was more mental than actually physiological due to the Superdrol?

just asking I know Halotestin is known for mentally charging some guys up

I honestly don’t think I feel anything out of the ordinary in that regards

I honestly don’t think I feel anything out of the ordinary in that regards
I guess it could've been partially mental, but my arms felt harder than the iron i was lifting. the pumps were borderline painful. I lm only taking 10mg a day now, but the first week I was doing 30mg prior to workouts.
