Hello everyone, I've been using Humalin R off and on for over 10 years. But I never really tried to put my diet on point, so most of the time I just gained fat.
I've recently started Humalog. Since I've never tried it, I started at 2iu post workout and worked up to taking 7iu pre- workout.
I'm 40yrs old, 6ft, 243lbs. I was 236lbs 2 weeks ago before slin. I was 220lbs 3 months ago and was very lean, so Im around 24lbs heavier now with a lot of water weight which Im not too worried about.
I'm currently taking:
600mg test cyp per week
500 deca per week
50mg dbol per day.
4iu gh (serostim) per day
.5 adex every 5 days
Train 5 days a week. The only cardio Im doing is 1.5 mile walk per day. I recently had meniscus tear surgery which went great and Im going to start doing more cardio this week. As a side note, I HIGHLY recommend BPC-157 for anyone recovering from a medical procedure. I swear by it now.
I generally train around 6pm, except on the weekends I train around 10am.
Meal 1: 5 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 apple
Meal 2: 9oz ground turkey, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup rice
Meal 3: 8oz chicken (I get rotisserie chickens from Costco and shred all the meat off) 1 cup green beans, 1 cup rice
Meal 4: 8oz chicken, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup rice
Meal 5: 8oz chicken, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup rice (Sometimes I swap the chicken for salmon or tilapia for this meal)
Usually train between meals 3-4.
When I train in the evening:
I drink 1 shake with 30gr maltodextrin, 25gr protein, 10gr glutamine.
20-30 min later, 7iu Humalog 10 min before training, then start drinking shake #2 with 60-70gr dextrose, 50gr protein, 20gr glutamine during training.
Go home and eat Meal 4 and 4iu gh within 20-30min after training.
When I train in the morning, I eat meal 1, then start the shakes, but sometimes I just drink the shakes without the eggs if Im not hungry. Then I take my gh immediately after training with a chicken meal. I'll swap meal 2 and 3 so Im not eating any fat from the turkey.
I've been trying to get on Basskillers site but it keeps saying CANNOT REACH SERVER.
Please critique the hell out of everything Im doing. I appreciate anything you guys offer. Thanks
