How was it? Having covid?
My symptoms were mild, like a cold. had a fever for about a day, and felt drained for about 2 days, still a nagging little cough, but taste is coming back.
Wife had it worse, she is still coughing pretty bad, but slowly getting better. All my fam that was around me that DIDN'Tget sick, were un-vaccinated. Pisses me off

Mad at others natural immune system? 🤔
No brotha'. Pissed off that I folded and got the vaccine.
This is a true story.
I get my bloodwork done every 6 months.
June of 2020, tested positive for anti-bodies of Covid. (I believe my wife got it in a business trip, cause she was sick for about 2 weeks when she returned)
May of 2021, still positive for anti-bodies,but actually a bit higher than before.
Got the Pfizer Vax in September, second shoot Sept. 22nd.
Had my bloodwork done on October 5th, which now showed negative on the Covid anti-bodies, WTF...
Got a little sick day after Christmas, which means I was active(infected) with my family on Christmas Eve & Christmas morning, several of which (family/kids-grandkids)are NOT vaccinated, and none got sick.
So I don't think I'm going to get the booster, and might even regret getting vaxed.

How long off training?
almost 3 weeks, 17 days. Started with cardio yesterday, and was really winded.
Gonna start back with weights tonight and see how it goes.
Actually, my regular soreness(shoulder pain & neck issues) is pretty much gone !!! Might change it up a bit

Oh gotcha I was confused. I jokingly told my co worker in 2020 who got me sick he tried to kill me with the rona.

I hope for speedy recovery for you👍🏻

Keep us updated...I'm interested in seeing show this goes
Been going to gym now 2 weeks, still have a little nagging cough, and get winded easy, but am seeing a cardiologist for some palpitations(skipping beats) I've been having, not all the time, seem to happen more when I am resting.
Lost some strength, and scheduled a fricken hand surgery (thumb) for February , from ongoing arthritis issues.
What a way to start year !!!!:mad:
Gotta keep positive thoughts..
