You suggest sust or test-c / test-e, but I'm sitting on test-p now. I've used deca and winstrol but never test. How should I use test-p for the first time? Thanks.

i was wondering about the second cycle... im 6'6 265lbs and am wanting to reach around 300lbs leanish and solid... would the second cycle be more beneficial that say for instance your first example? and i heard i should wait about a year to try GH... any input would be great... thanx

I think the second cycle would do nicely. However, you can't cut and bulk at the same time. You need to choose which one you want to do.

Wrt to GH. I'd say you need to have more than one or two cycles under your belt before you start sticking yourself ED with GH..

With that said I don't really have GH experience so I'm not going to offer any advice on it

I am about to start my 2nd cycle, but want some insight into what I plan on taking. It is as follows:
wk 1-10: 500mg Test Enath250
wk 1-10: 250mg Deca 250
wk 1-4: 40mg Turan (per day)
wk 1-12: .5mg Armidex (ED until PCT starts)
wk 2-12: 500i.u HCG (E5D)
wk 12-16: 20mg Nolva/50mg Clomiphene (ED)

Any insight would be extremely helpful.

What was your first cycle composed of? PCT looks good but you may not need the Adex every day. Personally, I would run 500mg/week of TE for 10 weeks with 60mg/day TBOL for the first 4 weeks. IMO.

Good info - slightly different from what I have read on other forums etc, but each person will surely be different.

Other places I have read instead of Sus for a first cycle using Test E.

I want to try to run the sust250....You have it as a 500mg, 250mg per shot bi weekly(so 250mg a week?) Meaning I would pin say every tuesday and that's it? Meaning I would roughly need 2500mg total for a 10 week run?

No 2 shots per week at 250mg per shot M/TH T/F etc....................11

I've been looking around the site and want to cut weight currently I'm 6'5 at 250 about 20% body fat I've been cutting down from 300 and can't seem to break deep into the teens like i want, I'm not really worried about the mass i just want to be as lean as possible. What would you suggest? The diet and training are all there the only thing that might be lacking is sleep due to working two jobs and being up for 24hrs a day at least 2-3 days a week.

Well I'm not Phreezer but have you tried ECA stack or clen with morning cardio before your first meal? Does wonders.
