Pec tear

Tore my pec October 2021 got surgery everything is pretty good now haven't stopped training since they let me off the leash from physical therapy.
My question is has anyone had experience with a pec tear and how did they get over the psychological blocks. I still have some residual apprehension from really pushing the barbell bench. Any tips would be appreciated on how to bring up a lagging chest when you have had a pec tear.

You need to speak with your physical therapist, bro. I doubt anyone here is qualified to give legit medical advice. Everyone is different and even if guys in here have recovered from pec tears, they might not be where you are at in your recovery stage.

Your physician and physical therapist will have charts of your progress and will be your best bet.

Dumbell flys gave me quite the scare. I dont do them anymore. Ill do machine flys.

For $2m in cash, would you lie down on a bench with your arm extended all the way out and try to catch a 50 lb dumbell by the handle that someone dropped from 30 feet down?
