Just want to give an update with 2 girls that I train and they just stopped their cycle after 8 weeks. Only on ostarine.
Ages are 23 and 42.
Both were taking 12.5mg per day.
Diets weren't perfect. Training was 5x week weights and 5x week 30 min cardio.
They both looked leaner, and def stronger. Def became a little irritable.
Both missed their periods, but nothing else changed down there.
In another 6 weeks, they are gonna re-run it, prob at a higher dose.
Ill update in 4 weeks or so, mainly to see when their cycle returns.
