OLD 680 dead

I dont do 2nd attempts lol..I hit a warmup for my opener and jump 100plus lbs or so... This was to see how close to my goal (700) was ging to feel as I had lockout issues once before and locked it out at rps meet but got called (no idea why but some speculated my right knee unlocked BEFORE i locked it then locked back when i locked weigh) Only one judge saw it but he was fed president and shook his head NO and two other judges saw him and i got 3 reds on a good lift.. SO trained all last year with avogen helping me with some t400 /tren and the gear kicked ASS.. I benched 355x3 and hit this and when i got it up i played around making sure 700 would be no issue at lockout.. I logged everything over at avogen.. 2 weeks out i got sick 2 days no sleep no food..curled up in bed in pain.. day 3 i went in pain at 3 am to er..Over thanksgiving i was in er then hospital 2 more days no food do to tests and endoscopy surgery...I got out losing like 10lbs and was not supposed to be eating fiber and certain foods..I lost more weight..I still went and hit 5/335/620 but missed all second attempts and was DONE..I was weak and took 5 shits at the meet lol..WATERY sick pain and whatnot but i still competed... This APRIL I will be doing nationals and will be gunning for 550(no wraps but the fed im doin doesnt have classic so im tossing wraps on) 400 bench(ought to be easy as i plan on 365 plus for triple before meet, and 700 dead which has avoided me will be 2nd attempt and i plan on tearing that bitch up like it was a warmup.

Nice man, everything is falling in line for both of us. I'm gunning for a 600+ squat, 400+ bench and 700+ dead in August @ 181.

You are strong.

I think it was maybe you that I mentioned this to in another thread: every time I get any red lights and I am not 100% sure why, I ask the judges why. They will tell you.

If this DL was like the one in the meet that got reds, its because you locked and then unlocked your knees at the top. When you get to the top, think about standing tall (dont lean back - that's when people usually unlock their knees) and squeeze the shit out of your quads and glutes so that the knees dont unlock.
