Hello

I am about to start my cycle.ITs a bulker.I want to know how u guys train in the offseason(when doing a bulker steroid cycle).I am talking to u competitors.DO u just hit ur weakpoints really hard and not bother about the strong ones.

Ok for eg. i have weak uper chest so do i jus do more incline barbell and dumbell presses adn forget about flat bench presse??
Also i have a week quad sweep.SO, do i do more of front squats and forget about regular squats.

You thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

just in case you didn't get my reply to your message, I'll post it hear:

Ok, the people I train that are in your disposition I tell this:
The upper head of the pectoralis major is best used with an incline movement, you can also bring out the entire top of the chest/shoulder girdle by making sure your front delts are big also (these are also hit during incline press movements). Another helping factor, is enlargeing the neck. That being said I believe it would be benificial for you to use the incline as the staple of your chest workout, both in the press and flye. I would not count the flat out totally, but on a rotating basis. (remember, if you are doing flat you don't need decline).

To help achieve the tear drop, other than nutrition, I recomend adding sissy squats, with PROPER FORM! do not sacrifice form for any reason. Calves have alot to do with genetics, just make sure you are doing high weight calf movements; remember each calf can support your body weight so you should train with at least double your body weight. For hamstrings, I reccomend deadlifts or stiffs, and for the entire posterior chain pull throughs.

hopes this helps some.
