Need some help

I am waiting on my liver enzymes to come back to normal, somehow I caught hepatitis A at the first of October, I am over hep A GI doctor said my liver enzymes would come back down to a normal range, my hemoglobin was high how often would you give blood to lower your hemoglobin, and last is I am a diabetic now. October was a terrible month for me. I lost 40lbs in 2 weeks when hep A hit me. I am still 40 lbs lighter. Any suggestions on what to take not looking for a heavy cycle? If I do use again it will be at least 2 months away
